With the high amount of forecasted rain this weekend the Township urges residents to be alert while travelling. Any & all water issues can be reported to the Public Works Department at 705-776-2659. The township would also like residents to please take caution while attending the landfill site as conditions can become muddy at times. Thank you.
Monday February 16 is Family Day. Please be advised that the Township Office will be closed in recognition of this important day. Join us at the Outdoor Rink for an afternoon of skating, sledding, snow painting, and more! New this year, try our hockey skills challenge!
The Township would like to reach out to the members of the community regarding the change room at the Outdoor Rink. Over this past weekend the walls were defaced by pucks, holes were put in the drywall & racist remarks were written on the walls. The Township does not condone this behaviour whatsoever & if it continues, we will be closing the change room area. Please don’t ruin the use of the Outdoor Rink for all other residents.
