    Residents of Bonfield are invited to a meeting on Wednesday February 11, 2026 at 7:00 pm to shape community-led solutions for stray and feral cats in Bonfield. This session will explore legislative requirements, past Township efforts, and realistic approaches to managing stray and feral cats after the 72 hour hold.

    Mark your calendars! Family Day fun is coming to Bonfield on Monday, February 16, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • Recycling Update January 2026

    Recycling Update: Effective January 1, 2026, responsibility for residential recycling in Bonfield has transitioned to the Province through Circular Materials.

    As part of this transition, Circular Materials has released a new Recyclable Materials List to help residents understand what can and cannot be recycled. Residents are encouraged to review the updated list to ensure materials are being organized correctly.

  • Outdoor Rink Opening Friday January 16 at 5:00 p.m.
    After long anticipation, the Outdoor Rink will officially open Friday January 16, at 5:00 p.m! Residents are reminded that shovels are in the change room to clear any excess snow that might accumulate on the rink. Please use caution and enjoy! Please note that the skating schedule is subject to change, so we encourage everyone to check the Parks & Playgrounds page regularly.

  • Pet Tag Renewals 2026

    Don’t forget to renew your pet’s tags. Registering your dog or cat helps ensure they can be quickly and safely returned to you if they ever get lost.
