National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Please note that the Township Office will be closed on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

This day provides an opportunity to honour the children who never returned home from residential schools, Survivors, their families, and Indigenous communities, while reflecting on the history and ongoing impacts of the residential school system.

We encourage residents to take time to learn, listen, reflect, and recognize the importance of truth and reconciliation in Canada.

The Township Office will reopen during regular business hours on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
